The housing of the KBPC3510 diode bridge is metal, all components are electrically insulated with epoxy resin (solid casting in a single capsule). Epoxy resin is characterized as a material with a high level of flame resistance. An alternating current is fed to the input "~" of the circuit. In each of the half - periods the input current passes only through two diodes.As a result, at the output "+" and "-" we get a current pulsing at twice the frequency of the input current.

When operating at high currents, it is always recommended to install the KBPC3510 diode bridge together with a heat sink (heatsink, cooler) to maintain an optimal thermal operating mode. In the central part of the housing the manufacturer has already provided a through hole specifically for mounting.
